Group CPRx is a group fitness class which promotes health and wellness for individuals who may need guidance to achieving their fitness goals.

  • The group classes are offered five days a week.
  • Each participant may attend two classes per week.
  • Classes are ninety minutes long, and consist of one to five participants for each class.
