PT, Owner
Jeremy has participated in sports and athletics throughout his life and with over 30 years of experience in physical therapy, he has achieved a variety of accomplishments in many different areas. He graduated from Cal State Long Beach in 1996 with a double Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy and Athletic Training. Jeremy has been the owner of CPRx, inc. for over 18 years. His experiences and personal beliefs allow him to cultivate clinical settings focused on rehabilitation and conditioning with the ultimate goal of clients achieving their maximum potential. Customer service has always been his number one priority, as shown by the family-oriented environment and comfortable atmosphere that many clients have boasted about.

Jeremy maintains a high regard for professional development as he continues to attend various continuing education courses and is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and California Physical Therapy Association. Previous achievements include: certification as a strength and conditioning specialist, consultant in rehabilitation to the Great Britain Women’s Olympic sprint team, provider of physical therapy to the Beach Track organization in preparation for the 2004, 2008, and 2012 Olympic Trials, and extensive training in the diagnosis and treatment of movement system disorders.

Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family and maintaining a highly active lifestyle. He has been the coach for his daughters’ soccer, track, and lacrosse teams. He has been his age group winner in many half marathons and trail races. Most recently he has been racing for a local mountain biking team, placing high in his race categories all over California.

DPT, Clinical Director
Tami received her bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from California State University, Long Beach in 1997. Her long list of academic achievements include: extensive training in the certification of orthopedic specialists, training in the diagnosis and treatment of movement impairment syndromes, and training in the Stanley Paris manual therapeutic approaches to the spine and extremities, as well as various other continuing education courses. She has work experience in general orthopedics, sports injuries, wound care, industrial rehab, spine rehab, and hospital management. She decided to further her education and graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Western University in Pomona in 2008.

Through her extensive training and vast experience, Tami applies her knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, movement impairment syndromes, and tissue healing to thoroughly evaluate and prescribe an individualized treatment program in order to allow patients to achieve their goals. She also has interests in various treatment approaches to orthopedic and sport related injuries, including manual therapy and sport specific training.

Tami strives to provide quality patient care relying on evidence-based practice, alongside an excellent team of physical therapists and trainers at CPRx. She has been Clinical Director at CPRx since 2003. Outside of work she enjoys reading, recreational running and spending time with her family.

Mark graduated from Concorde Career College in 2014 with an Associate’s Degree in the Physical Therapist Assistant program and earned top honors as Valedictorian of his class, on his way to passing the California State Board Licensure exam with a perfect score. Prior to attending Concorde, Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, while competing for the Cross Country and Track teams. He has worked in a clinical setting since 2003 as a Physical Therapy Trainer for CPRx, Inc and Seniors’ Choice Physical Therapy. After obtaining his Physical Therapist Assistant’s license, he took on the challenge of managing the Seniors’ Choice Physical Therapy group and class programs. Mark has also been a speaker on numerous occasions throughout this area on balance, and movement topics.

Mark has a passion for public service and enjoys helping all individuals reach their rehabilitation and personal fitness goals. He is patient-focused and believes that successful physical therapy outcomes are only fully achieved through a team approach, with client participation and vital component to success. Mark lives in Huntington Beach with his wife, Tiffany, and son, Dean. He has competed in numerous ½ ironman competitions. He enjoys long-distance running and competing in his age group in local half and full marathons.

Sean completed his undergraduate education at Cal State University of Fullerton, majoring in Kinesiology. He worked as a physical therapy aide while an undergrad, where he developed his passion for physical therapy. Sean completed his post-graduate studies at the University of St. Augustine, earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy in May of 2015. He currently lives in Ladera Ranch with his wife and two young children.

Along with physical therapy, Sean has a passion for the great outdoors. He actively participates in both road and mountain cycling. He prefers to stay on the dirt and you will likely see him on the trails or in a race most weekends. Aside from cycling, Sean enjoys many other outdoor activities, including hiking and running. He has summited Mount Whitney 4 times and is always on the lookout for the next adventure. Sean’s passion for the human body comes from understanding how the body can move most effectively and discovering that which allows us all to move on our own paths. Sean truly believes that the key to successful aging is finding a way to continue moving. Movement is the ultimate key to a full life.

Michelle received her undergraduate degree at University of San Diego, where she majored in biology. It was during this time when she found her love for physical therapy while rehabbing her knee after surgery to get back to her active lifestyle. She then traveled to the east coast to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at Old Dominion University in 2019. While she loved Virginia, she couldn’t help but find her way back to southern California. Once she was back in California, she started working with the general orthopedic population. She has treated a wide variety of patients including general orthopedics, post-op, sport injuries, pediatrics, and balance. To better assist her patients, Michelle has taken several continuing education courses including Graston and is certified in myofascial decompression.

Michelle strives to create a unique physical therapy program tailored to each patient’s individual needs. Her favorite part of treating patients is forming a relationship with each patient so that she can better assist them achieve their own personal goals.

Outside of the clinic, Michelle loves just about anything involving being out in the sun and outdoors. She loves to bike, hike, run, paddle board and camp to name a few. She also has a passion for everything DIY to keep her creative side working!

Brendan was born in Long Beach, California, in July 1996. He grew up with two loving parents, Dave and Kerry, and three supportive siblings, Aaron, Ashley, and Brittney. Brendan has always considered himself a strong family-oriented individual and appreciates the time he gets to spend with his family. Brendan started playing ice hockey at the age of 4 and it has been a big part of his life ever since. Ice hockey has given him experiences and adventures he will never forget.

Brendan attended Millikan High School in Long Beach, California. During his time at Millikan, he won four Moore League soccer titles before graduating from the QUEST program in 2014. After taking a few gap years between high school and college to play junior hockey, Brendan attended Trine University, a small private school in Indiana, for his undergraduate and graduate degrees. He graduated magna cum laude with his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in 2020 and summa cum laude with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2023. Brendan played collegiate ice hockey at Trine University for three years and was a part of the inaugural season for the ice hockey program at the school. Brendan cherishes the time he spent in Indiana and will always consider it a second home.

Brendan received a perfect score on the National Physical Therapy Exam. Brendan has aspirations to attend an American Board of Physical Therapy Sports Residency in the near future and become a Board-Certified Sports Specialist in Physical Therapy.

Erica is a dedicated Physical Therapist originally from San Jose, who now happily resides in Long Beach. She completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science at California State University, Long Beach and then continued on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2024. Erica’s passion for PT stems from her belief in the importance of understanding the human body and its movements as well as her desire to share that knowledge with others.

Growing up, Erica played multiple sports including soccer, cross country and volley ball, which deepened her appreciation for physical health and fitness. While in college, she worked part-time here at CPRx as a trainer. She quickly fell in love with the family environment that the team created. This supportive atmosphere inspired her to return and continue her career as a Physical Therapist where she enjoys helping people improve their quality of life.

Outside of her professional life, Erica enjoys spending time outdoors with her friends and her dog, Kota. Her favorite activities include paddleboarding, yoga, and relaxing at the beach. She is also an avid adventurer and often takes road trips to national parks, seizing the opportunity to explore the beauty of nature.
