Low Impact Strength Training

This beginner-friendly class focuses on full-body, functional strengthening and teaches clients the basic principles of strength training and aerobics.
Yoga
with Jami
Here, you will find a safe space to dive into the benefits of yoga for
both the mind and body. Utilizing the synchronization of breath and
movement, clients will experience a balance of both strength and
flexibility in their every day lives!

H.I.I.T.
with Sam
High intensity interval training is a full-body aerobic workout. This advanced-level class will build your cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength.
Strength Training
with Sam
This intermediate level class uses weighted exercises that
incorporate conditioning to build muscle mass.
Fall Prevention
with Sam
In this class, clients will perform exercises that increase strength,
reflexes and sensory awareness. The goal of this class is to
improve the ability to correct imbalances and make safe
movement strategies.
Meet Your Instructors
Samantha
Sam is a personal trainer with almost 10 years of experience under her belt. She earned her Personal Training Certificate in 2018 and has since worked with a wide variety of clients ranging in ability from beginner to advanced. She developed a passion for fitness at an early age and can't wait to share it with you!
Jami
With a background in sports and dance, Jami became a movement enthusiast with a drive to learn about the human body. After 8 years of experience and multiple 200-hour yoga teacher trainings, her understanding and teaching of yoga has evolved into a special offering for others.
