Linda T. | Hamstring Injury

I started at CPRx ( to rehabilitate a hamstring injury) in September 2012. The therapists and trainers did an amazing job! They taught me to be more aware of my body and various muscle groups in order to perform my exercises correctly. This resulted in not only rehabilitation of my hamstring but increased strength and flexibility all over, especially in my core. The AFT (Advanced Fitness Training) program helps me maintain those improvements and continue to build strength. I especially like that the trainers know what I went through and can tailor my workouts to challenge me. The Physical Therapists and trainers at CPRx feel like my own team of personal trainers and I am secure in knowing that they are committed to helping me stay healthy and fit. Thanks!
